Bookings & Payment

Bookings can be made without advance payment for small groups. For large bookings please contact us by email.

We accept Credit/Debit card payments for bookings over $100 and payments in cash (USD or Cambodian Riel)

Bookings without advance payment are made in good faith and payment for our day tours can be made after the tour has finished directly to the tour guide.

Advance Credit/Debit card payments can be made via our secure payment partner (Tab Payments). If selecting this payment option we will send a secure payment link with your booking confirmation email.

Credit/Debit card payments will be charged in your own currency using the pure mid-market exchange rate, plus a fee of 4% (applied by Tab, not us). This is cheaper than the typical cost of withdrawing cash from an ATM abroad or paying international usage fees on your credit/debit card.

Invoices are available for each tour, you can request an invoice in advance and it will be given to you by your guide.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made with no payment or fully refunded if cancelled 48 hours or more in advance.

If a member of your booked group is unable to take part in the tour, we will charge 50% of the person's tour fee if notification is not received within 48 hours of the tour start time.

If the entire booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the tour start, 50% of the booking will be charged.

Children Policy

For children aged 14 years and younger accompanied by an adult we charge 50% of the normal price.

Insurance

We are not liable for any injury or harm encountered during the tour. Safety is always our main priority and our guides are trained to make the tours as safe as possible. However we expect our guests to have their own insurance coverage.
